An unidentified class 40 balances precariously at Bradford Hammerton Street.Previous | NextYou can almost smell the coal dust?.Having just arrived into platform 5 at Leeds City station from the Capital,Driver 'Harry Woad' and his trusty Fireman 'Sharpe' take a well deserved rest whilst sharing a few words with the first Chairman of British Railways 'Sir Brian Robertson'.The image was photographed by the very proud son of the driver.Les Woad late 1950's.
